The selection and quality of their food is consistently of a very high standard and always spiced literally exactly as we ask for. The waiters are friendly but respectful, not overly-familiar, just as it should be. The proprietor is a great guy and keen for feedback. Also, he regularly tries out new dishes and we love that.
